Depending on the goals we set and the ones you’ll be setting, we’ll assess your progress weekly or biweekly, analyzing your Body Composition Report to see where we are, whether we’ve achieved the micro-goals we’ve set, and how close we are to your final goal. We’ll assess your body composition progress and adjust your nutritional plan based on your performance. We’ll also take advantage of these opportunities to address any questions you may have and provide you with the psychological strategies you need to continue making progress.

Maintenance is the most important stage, as the goal is to maintain the new eating habits and behaviors acquired during the change process over time.

Your maintenance will begin as soon as we complete our nutritional plan and have achieved our proposed goals. A monthly check-up will suffice, and based on your progress, we’ll assess whether you can return at a specific time or if you’re fully capable of managing your nutrition on your own.
