It is a salad with grapes, goat cheese and walnuts. It is a simple recipe that presents a mixture of flavors that combine perfectly.

Grape, cheese and walnut salad: 

It is a recipe very simple that will allow us to save time in the kitchen, since it will only take us 15 minutes of preparation, for a serving of two people. For this salad, a wide variety of cheeses with a strong flavor are usually used, such as blue cheese or goat cheese, although each one can adapt it to their liking and add the cheese they like best. We leave you our proposal:

Ingredients for 2 people:

For the salad:

  • 200 g of assorted salad sprouts (to each one's taste)
  • 100 g of goat cheese
  • 2 radishes
  • 50 g of white grapes
  • 50 g of black grapes
  • 40 g shelled California walnuts
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper

For the dressing:

  • 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 30 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Prepare the recipe step by step:

1. Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl: beat 1 teaspoon of mustard with 30 ml of apple cider vinegar and, stirring constantly, add the 60 ml of oil. Finally, we add 1 pinch of salt and reserve it while we prepare the salad.

2. Wash the grapes, cut them in half and remove the seeds, also wash the green shoots, cut the 2 radishes into slices or shavings, and finally, dice or crumble the goat cheese.

3. Once we have all the ingredients ready, we get a bowl to assemble our salad: place the mixture of green sprouts in the bottom and distribute the grapes, radishes, walnuts and cheese on top, and finally, sprinkle with the vinaigrette at the time we are going to consume it.

Preparation:

1. Blend the watermelon with a little water and lemon

2. Add the cubes to the blender and blend, or put the ice cubes in a jug and add the watermelon and lemon juice
