Benefits of Facial Mesotherapy

What is and what does facial Mesotherapy consist of?

Facial mesotherapy is one of the most demanded methods within our Aesthetic Medicine Unit. The mesotherapy treatment is based on injecting a cocktail of vitamins and minerals through micro injections into the dermis, making the skin luminous, rejuvenated and hydrated.

It is an aesthetic medical treatment, so it should always be performed by a medical specialist in aesthetic medicine, who will adapt the session to your skin type. In addition, there is the possibility of being combined with other aesthetic treatments, making its effect more lasting and effective for greater patient satisfaction.

Can young skin undergo facial mesotherapy?

It is a treatment suitable for all skin types, whether they are mature or young. Its effectiveness may be different depending on the type of skin, since young skin is healthier as it has not been too damaged by time and the effect may not be as clear and manifest as in more mature or worn skin.

For young skin, it is recommended that they be people over 25 years of age, since the skin begins to age around 21 years of age, so from that age it can be subjected to this type of treatment without any inconvenience and with clear symptoms of improvement in the facial appearance of the skin.

How many sessions should I do?

It is advisable to carry out a session of facial mesotherapy with specific vitamins at least once a year, so that the effects already obtained in the previous sessions do not disappear, but mainly the first sessions are done over the course of three consecutive months, leaving intervals as rest. 15 days so that the skin is not damaged. Obviously, the treatment has to be personally scheduled, since this can change if the specialist so decides, depending on the initial evaluation made to find out your skin type and particularities.

If you suffer from a skin disease, the specialist will choose to try some other type of treatment or minimize its doses, so as not to damage the patient's skin, but helping to have the same desired result as with the usual product.

Why is this treatment performed?

When our skin is young, it has all the necessary nutrients and minerals to keep it smooth and luminous, but these nutrients wear out over time, causing the first signs of aging to appear on the face, such as: crow's feet, wrinkles, and signs of aging. among others.

This intervention helps us to return to rejuvenate that area that at the time had what it took to stay hydrated, bright and rejuvenated, helping to minimize the effects of premature signs of aging (in the case of the youngest), or even for more mature skin, which is usually the most damaged by time, and in which these effects are more accentuated of old age on the skin.

Thanks to the facial mesotherapy treatment we improve the appearance of our skin, thus attenuating expression lines and signs of fatigue.
