2. THE ANTHROPOMETRIC STUDY OF BODY COMPOSITION<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

Using InBody technology, we will assess your weight, height, and perimeters (arms, waist, hips, thighs, legs, and more), and study your body fat, water percentage, muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, and daily kilocalories.<\/span><\/span> You will receive a detailed report with all this information, which will serve as a starting point and reference for subsequent visits, allowing us to know exactly where we are and how we are progressing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3. YOUR PERSONALIZED NUTRITIONAL PLAN<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n
